Elotek Appointment to Western U.S.
San Diego, CA, December 7, 2009 –
Ectron proudly announces the appointment of Elotek Systems,
Inc. as its exclusive sales representative for the Western
territory of the U.S. Both companies look forward to the
unique synergies that their combined efforts represent for
the military telemetry and industrial markets. Elotek has
an extensive array of sensors that can be paired with
Ectron’s portfolio of transducer conditioner-amplifiers.
About this choice, Ectron CEO Earl Cunningham noted that
“While there were many fine companies to choose from,
we felt that Elotek had the best organization to help us
expand into the vast Western territory. They also have
a long history of sensor sales that make it a natural fit
with our products. We are delighted to have them aboard
to help grow our sales in this important region.”
Mike Elovitz stated that “Elotek has been representing
both sensor and test instrumentation lines such as
Measurement Specialties, GP 50, Astro-Med, Heim Data, Apogee
Labs, Delta Digital Video, GDP Space Systems and others
for a long time. The addition of Ectron’s
instrumentation amplifiers and thermocouple simulator-calibrators
will be a strong complement to the existing lines now represented
by Elotek. We are looking forward to growing the market for
Ecton’s products in the Western territory of the U.S.
including Alaska, Hawaii and Kwajalein Island.
