Ectron International Sales Representative of the Year AwardSan Diego, CA, July 30, 2008 – Ectron is proud to announce that Mathieu Ratard of Enertest Electronique of France was named the top International Sales Representative of the fiscal year just ended on June 30, 2008. Mathieu has been a major spark over this past year and has broken sales records in France for Ectron products. He has been instrumental in developing new business within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors, as well as nurturing the existing account base. His singular sales achievement for the recently completed Fiscal Year was just over $92,000. In recognition of his stellar achievement, Mathieu received an engraved plaque and a generous gift certificate from E. Earl Cunningham, President, Founder and CEO of Ectron Corporation. When conferring the award, Earl noted that Mathieu is “one of the brightest prospects we have on the Ectron international sales team. With his youthful exuberance and can do attitude, he has blazed new trails for us in France. Judging from his meteoric rise this past year, we can look forward to many more years of consistently excellent sales results with Mathieu aboard. We are truly blessed to have him on our team.” Upon receiving his awards, Mathieu remarked that “I didn’t expect to have so much success so quickly, but Ectron has an excellent reputation in France, and their customer service is superb. These two qualities made my job easier in attracting new customers as well as keeping existing customers satisfied and productive.” Mathieu spent one week in San Diego a year ago and had a thorough orientation on the product portfolio, met everyone in the Ectron organization and immersed himself in the Ectron vision. This time spent in San Diego, CA was apparently a difference maker for both Enertest and Ectron. Ectron designs, manufactures, and services a full line of high-performance test and measurement products including Instrumentation Amplifiers, Overspeed Monitors, LVDT Signal Conditioners, and Thermocouple Simulator-Calibrator products in Kearney Mesa, CA. The company was founded 40 years ago, and is profitable and privately held.
