Ectron currently seeks a dynamic sales and marketing manager — a motivated hands-on team player who will continue our growth and success.

Position Requirements:

1. Five+ years electronic test and measurement sales experience.
2. Technical or Marketing degree with excellent electronics experience.
3. Must have supervisory experience with good management skills.
4. Proven experience leading all aspects of the sales process including lead generation, account strategy development, discovery/customer needs analysis, proposal development, presentations, pricing and negotiations, contract execution and account penetration involving both industrial and government customers.
5. Good computer skills with working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Act as well as guiding work on the Ectron website.
6. Experienced in using videos and social media as marketing tools.
7. Must be a Team player who can work closely with Ectron”s management team.
8. Proven experience in the direction and motivation of domestic and foreign sales representative organizations.
9. Proven ability to develop sales literature, newsletters, ads, fliers, new-product releases, etc.
10. Monthly travel required including some foreign.
11. Consistent achievement of sales objectives and quota.
12. Forecasting and budgeting skills required.
13. Experience in developing marketing plans.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
